Equality plan
Five of our centres, HLA Vistahermosa, Moncloa, EL Ángel, La Vega y Santa Isabel, following the principles set out in the Law for Equality between Women and Men,have equality plans, thus expressly guaranteeing their resolute wish to promote true equality between men and women.
At the same time, active policies are being promoted in order to bring to fruition the principle of effective equality in the workplace and specifically in training, professional promotion and working conditions.
The right to conciliation between people’s personal and family life and their work is being recognised and a greater responsibility between men and women is being encouraged as regards family obligations.
